You might have only 4 or 5 hours of sleep during your first day, but it will be worth it because the next day you will start feeling sleepy at your selected time and then you can have your required schedule of sleep.

It might be very difficult to set and then implement on sleep schedule daily but it does have remarkable effects on our physical and especially mental health.
